Budapest Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years on Váci Road

Hundreds of Scientologists assembled at the eu news channel Váci Road church in Budapest to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road. Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary featured a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade. During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives.
